Shipping Policy
When you purchase goods from goddinbooks.com (hereafter known as The Site), the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks) will be delivered instantly by email, from BookFunnel.
(PLEASE NOTE: BookFunnel will send to the email address on record with Shopify. If you don’t see the email from BookFunnel within 3 minutes of ordering, 1. Check your Shopify email in case of a typo, and 2. Check your spam folder. If you have gmail, the email might be in your Promotions folder.)
Paperbacks and Large Print books are printed by Bookvault. Print time is usually 5 working days in the US and 72 hours elsewhere.
Shipping times vary among countries. Estimated times are shown at checkout, but here is a rough estimate:
To USA: 6 to 7 working days
To UK: 1-3 working days
To Europe: 3-5 working days
To Australia 6-7 working days
All shipping methods include tracking.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If an order is delayed, you will be able to track it through the tracking information sent to your email. If you did not receive the email with tracking information (for print books only), please get in touch at support@goddinbooks.com
Occasionally an order will take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond The Site’s control. All we can do is be patient!
